Terms Governing Your Use of Rexuqavi™

These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you browse our website, place an order, purchase a Rexuqavi™ product, communicate with our customer support team, or otherwise use the services made available through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, “Rexuqavi™,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hangzhou Weixu Technology Co., Ltd., the company that owns and operates the Rexuqavi™ brand and website.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms together with the policies that apply to your transaction, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Payment Information.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and do not place an order.

Product colors and surface finishes may appear somewhat different depending on your screen, lighting conditions, photography, materials, and natural variations in finishes such as wood, leather, stone-inspired surfaces, or similar materials.

Product specifications, packaging, materials, or design details may be updated from time to time where such changes do not materially alter the essential purpose of the product.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully accepted and processed.

03 / Orders

Placing & Accepting an Order

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products shown in your order at the price and under the terms presented during checkout.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an order confirmation containing your order number and purchase details.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including circumstances involving payment authorization problems, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing errors, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, or unusually large quantities that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and the customer is not otherwise responsible for the cancellation, the applicable amount will be returned through the original payment method.

If you discover an error after placing an order, contact service@rexuqavi.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot always be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Prices Displayed at Checkout

Product prices, promotional offers, discounts, and availability may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your purchase will be the price presented during checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of clear technical or pricing errors.

Applicable shipping costs, taxes, duties, or other charges will be displayed or handled in accordance with the information provided during checkout and our applicable policies.

Rexuqavi™ customer service will not ask you to send complete card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords, or other confidential payment credentials through ordinary customer-support communications.

07 / Shipping & Delivery

Processing, Transit & Tracking

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

After dispatch, standard transit is generally estimated at 5–14 business days, depending on destination, shipping method, customs procedures, carrier operations, weather, regional conditions, and other relevant factors.

Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guarantees of arrival on a specific date.

Once tracking information becomes available, shipment information may be sent to the email address used for the order.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a shipment appears lost, or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please contact our support team. We will review the available information rather than automatically rejecting a claim solely on the basis of a carrier status.

08 / Fulfillment

Fulfillment Locations

Orders may be fulfilled from our own facilities or partner fulfillment facilities according to product inventory, availability, and the final delivery destination.

As a result, the origin shown in shipment tracking may vary between orders.

09 / Returns & Refunds

90-Day Return Window

Eligible Rexuqavi™ products may be returned within 90 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Standard preference-based returns should generally be unused, unworn, and returned with original components and packaging where reasonably possible.

Preference-based return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without requiring you to bear reasonable costs caused by our error.

Please do not send merchandise to our registered business address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so. Approved returns will be provided with the appropriate return instructions and return destination.

10 / Refund Processing

Approved Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received, inspected, and approved, the applicable refund will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks, card issuers, or payment providers may require additional time after a refund is issued to post the funds to your account.

11 / Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact service@rexuqavi.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before the order enters fulfillment. Once preparation, fulfillment, or shipment has begun, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Rexuqavi™ Content & Brand Assets

The website and its original content, including Rexuqavi™ branding, product concepts, text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, visual layouts, logos, videos, and other creative material, may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, commercially distributed, materially modified, or used to create misleading associations with Rexuqavi™.

Third-party names, trademarks, software, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
